The home as built by the original builder included these plans.  The laundry room has been in use however, the walls are unfinished no door has ever been installed.  The plumbing is roughed in so another bath could be added.  The electric for another bedroom appears to be almost done.  This area could also be finished as a recreation room, office, etc.  The garage is deep and there is a partially built closet at the rear.  Great possibilities for the future or leave it as it is.
